POTUS1

Which Presidential Candidates Are Committed to Democracy Reform?
LEARN MORE

WHAT IS POTUS1?

POTUS1 is an initiative that stems from two core beliefs:

We must fix our democracy before we can truly affect change in Washington.

Essential democracy reforms require a president with the proper focus and commitment to fight for American democratic ideals.

What must change:

Reduce the influence of big money in politics

End gerrymandering

Make voting easier, more representative, and more secure

Make every vote equal in the presidential election

Who is a POTUS1 Candidate?

A POTUS1 candidate:

Publicly releases a stellar democracy reform platform that structurally addresses each aspect of our broken democracy.

Commits, in no uncertain terms, to passing said democracy reform as his/her first act upon taking office.

WHAT WE CAN DO ABOUT IT

You can help us in our POTUS1 initiative by telling the 2020 presidential candidates that democracy reform is your top priority.
